Are there any inhalers that you can take for COPD that do not effect Glaucoma..ie raise eye pressure...please help..

Hi Christine , I take drops for open angle glaucoma . My dr. Said the corticosteroids are okay to use unless you have closed or narrow angle glaucoma. If I were you I would talk to the eye dr. I take symbicort, and tudozar, and was told it was okay .good luck. Barbara
The hospital told hubby that it was the steroids that cause the problems with the pressure, he has been given Symbicort as this is slightly better and has his pressure checked every 3 months.
