Thank you so much for letting us know Jane is awol due to a sore back, and it's nothing to do with the recent poor air quality, or her recent angina attacks. Phew, that's a relief for us, but not for poor Jane. Do take care Jane, and try and rest x

Hello Longlungs and Lovely Daughter, I'm so relieved that you are in fine fettle and sorry about your back pinging! I used to have a pig called Dirty Gerty , long time ago now! Hope you will soon be on the mend huff xxxxx
Hi there Mavis how are you doing,I think of you often?Did you manage to sort your blimming council tax issue and say something about nasty lady?Im loads better now thank heavens feeling like my old self again, nothing like a bit of pain to wipe the smile off my face lol.Keepwell you are in my thoughts Janexx
I hope your bed side trolly is well stocked for you with chocolate pain killers . I've had to slow things a little while this wound from the abscess removal heals. It sounds like its gonna be daily packing for some time to come, all dignity has long gone but the nurses have been just great.
Do you think it would be possible to make one good un' out of all of us lot on this site????
Dall my left big toe is in fine fettle so that,ll be my contribution, lol.Jane hope you feel better soon but don,t you go doing the marathon this year ,leave it till next year.D.
Its a starting point FD, it could take a little searching for healthy spare parts but I think we could build a healthy Frankenhealthunlockeder ready for next years marathon. A good set of lungs could be the hardest bit so we might have to use Jane's Gertie to get to the end. Tony
Wonderful to hear your Mum is safe at home, but sorry to hear she is in such pain, what a hero she is,still writing scribblets bless her!
I know she has 2 sons,so wonder if you may be one of them? Anyway, lovely of you,to write for your Mum,as you can see,she is well loved here,Love to you all,Wendells xxxx

Hi lovelight your not wrong they are very painful couldnt believe my luck with both neck and back thats never happened before and i sincerely hope it doesnt again. So glad to feel better now.I got a call today telling me my new PR assessment is next tuesday so good timing. Are you keeping well Lovelight? Hope so Janexx
Hi Jane...so pleased you're feeling in the land of the living again. I'm a bit behind with messages but it was so good to read of your appetite returning and anticipation of a tasty meal - roast chicken with all the trimmings if I remember right
Brill timing for your PR assessment after all you been through - a fresh start and something positive to aim for. Keep us posted.
As for Gertie...you must have missed one another - here's hoping you'll soon be making up for lost time. Didn't you have a new addition to the family as well recently.
Yes thanks, I'm keeping fairly ok just now. Got into town yesterday and hired a mobility scooter - bigger than my littl'un here at home. The traffic warden asked me how many objects I'd hit -'none', I told him - 'I only mow people down'! He said that's all right then, they don't count !!
Hope you're feeling stronger with each day - take care.....Lovelight xxx
Hahaha, that was great fun and said it all. Glad your Mam's lungs weren't the problem although she obviously in pain. Tell her to get well soon, we miss her. xx

Janexx
Hi there Jimmy so good to here from you ,I do hope your on the mend heading in the right direction at last,Iam too but have family issues at the min which are never pleasant ,we will get there though.Keepwell my friend see you soon. Janexxx
yes, family issues are always a big worry and always unpleasant, but in the end , although you wont think that now,, i eventually sorts itself out
i got divorced about 20 years ago, it ripped ten bells out of me, i thought it was the end of the world , but as time ticked by, i realized it was the best thing that could have happened,, i know there all sorts of family issues, but they will be solved in the end,
although not a laughing matter, but its always worth a smile, i used to say, when i was married,,,,,,
we never ever went to our bed at night , without solving an arguement,,,,,
one time we we were up for 6 months lol xxx
hope you manage a smile jane and sincerly hope things sort themselves out, as it is hard going.. love jimmy xxxx
