Good morning, scoliosis is bad and loads of mucus at back of throat. Feel awful but I will carry on.

Woke up this morning throat full of mucus, trying to get rid of it. Doctors this morning then job centre (about sanction of my JSA).

I will tell the doctor about mucodyne hopefully he will put me on them. Thank you all for recommending them to me. Also scoliosis is bad at moment, can hardly move ( going to rain).
