Hi
Why put you health at risk?
Along with your evidence. Explain in precise detail our you are affected, the time taken the amount of rest required doing various task, for example bathing, dressing moving around. Do not try some thing other than you would normally do, there is no need to be embarrassed. If you rest walking around your home then do so. It is your time not there's .
Good luck.
A bit of light reading
why would anyone tell you to do that? Its sounds crazy! Please don't stop your meds, just tell the truth. Agree however that you need to explain what a bad day is like
Tell the truth nothing to be embarrassed about asking for some help because of difficulties. Someone has given dangerous advice that could put you in hospital with a real bad turn I would be lost without my puffer life is hard enough without adding in more problems. Good luck at the medical testing.
Someone is advising you to commit fraud. You should always stress to them what a bad day is like but that should be with honesty, not pretending things are worse than they are and putting your health at risk to do so. I would suggest you ignore the advice given and just be straight with the assessors. Do take along letters or printouts you may have from your medical team which show the severity of your disease.
Good luck for your medical stan and as others stated be yourself (warts & all?) For my curiosity how long has it taken you to get from filling the forms in to get a date for a medical ?? I hear it can be quite some time? and unlike most, PIP have no timescales to keep to !! Its bad enough waiting for DWP to get back to me ! - Plumbob
