I just poped in to the site to see if it had changed any by the sound of no, it is so disappointing that the stupid few will not let it, I respect you for speaking out and the mediators job must be hell,

I'd like to add my appreciation for the moderators too Definitely a thankless task. And these spammers are a persistent bunch. There's a couple of names in the members' list that I have my doubts about still. Can't help wondering what's the point of it for them. Can't imagine there's any actual monetary profit to be made - or is there?

I design/write web sites and know how much works goes into something as complex as this one, the last thing you need is some idiots posting junk on the site. The moderators here do a great job keeping the site running and stopping most of junk getting through. Well done guys

Well done from me too, I was in HR Management and one thing I soon learned was that a manager cannot be everyone's friend. They are there to manage and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible, with compassion and understanding, unfortunately, on the way someone is always going to be upset and not hear what they want to hear. Keep going everyone this is a great site thanks to all for your input. June x
