You have fallen into the black hole of depression and pointlessness Brooke and need a lot more help to pull yourself out of it. So many of us here have been where you are and felt that awful hopelessness. But there is an end to it. It's just that right now, in the frame of mind you are in, you can't see it.

Please listen to the replies and call for help. You are important and need to take care of yourself. Also please keep in touch with us. There is so much understanding here from this great bunch. Talk soon, Sara

Really glad you are getting help...best wishes

Please listen to your friends on here, life is too prescious. Like many others, I have a "black dog" who visits but I have a happy Box for those occasions. Put things that make you smile - family photos, letters/emails, momentos, anything that brings you joy into a box and when your "dog" visits bring it out and look through it to remember how loved you are.

Stay strong

What it's making you feel so low? If you want to chat direct, message me. It's easier if you talk things through. The doctors van give you tablets which will help. They will help you to put things into prospective but you may need counseling. The most important thing it's too start the ball rolling. I speak from experience!

Don't know how to send a direct message.
