Antihistamines

Hi thinking of taking some Cetirizine to stop some of the irritation in my throat and chest, I used to take it permanently for several years till the doc decided to take it off me last year.

Does anyone else take antihistamines all the time?

Hi Polly I take them all the time I'm apparently allergic to all pollens. Why did the doctor take you off them? X

No idea really, she was having a purge on all repeat prescriptions and decided in her wisdom I didn't need them.

Yes I take cetirizine tablet daily and find it helpful. It appears to lessen all my symptoms. Maybe GP would represcribe if you said it helped

I wish I was able to do handstand! It's the IPad . I have even tried putting photo in upside down and it still comes out the same. I have consulted those of higher intellect(my sons) and they can't work it out either. One of my boys has suggested he does it from his laptop so maybe I will before you all get pain in neck.

Sorry Polly cant help im afraid,my doc put me on Promethazine (antihistamine, phenergan) to help with my sleep pattern.I have a swig of covonia when i get the constant tickles and incessant coughs stops my tickles immediately.Best you go back to doc me thinks, especially when you know it helps you unless the doc had some other reason medically for stopping them.Goodluck polly :) Janexx
