More crocuses in today's sunshine
No you couldn't and you shouldn't Tony. X
Beautiful how well kept that pathway is Tony who is responsible for that? Janexx
I don't know but the other side of that hedge is a very well kept vegetable patch by one man and his dog so I assume its him.
He always leaves surplus veg out on a table for passers by.
I love to see the spring flowers. It shows that summers not far away. Not that I want time to go by too quickly. How is the abscess? Better I hope. Mavis.
The resevoirs are full now so we don't want any more rain do we. Lets hope we have a summer to remember ahead of us Mavis.
I'm seeing the anesthetist tomorrow for a pre-op talk so I'll find out more, on whether he thinks my lungs are up to a general anesthetic, I've already been told an epidural is not an option because I'm on warfarin and a bleed on the spine is a possibility. This abscess seems to be more tricky than I ever imagined, the good thing is its not giving me to much trouble at the moment.
Roll on summer I say. Tony x
Hi Tony. It's certainly taking its time to go. It's probably because your immune system is low. Let's hope they hurry up. We don't want you to run out of time for a transplant. X
It seems they are more common with people on long term steroids and Immune suppressants and that's me, with a bit of luck the op will sort the problem out and then we'll be back on the list.
Lovely pic Tony,do love crocuses, like violets & snowdrops, always remind me of England, not forgetting violets too!
Read your other post, you did so well on your walk, keep it up, xxx
It seems crocuses like the rain, their popping up everywhere and we have just had the wettest winter on record.
As for the walk, well a record was asking to much at this time of the year but I can't help myself sometimes. Must be watching the winter Olympics bringing out the competitive side of me. xxx
The flowers peeping their little heads through at this time of the year invigorate me. I think if they can survive the winter into spring so can I.
Thanks Tony. My hubby has just bought me some crocuses in a pot and they are just peeping through. Lovely sign of Spring. x
What a lovely, cheerful photo. Thank you Dal. Alson
Yes, lovely feeling that spring is just around the corner, thanks, x
How lovely, thank you dall.
I'm glad I took my camera and was able to share them with you. Technology when it works is great, you can take a photo and share it with friends all over the world within minutes. Who would have dreamed it a few years back.
That looks so peaceful and tidy
That looks so peaceful and tidy Tony. All it needs to complete the picture is a nice bench for me to rest and get my puff back. If that were London it would be strewn with dog muck and rubbish of all kinds where no flowers could survive. You live in a lovely place.
Sara
Malvern is a good place to live and I consider myself very lucky. Your right about the bench as its half way up my walk it would be a good spot to sit in the sun and chat with passers by. Its funny how I know where most of the benches are in Malvern now, only a few years ago I never noticed them but now they are my friends.
