has anyone heard of or used the nasal antiseptic spray you can buy for when in crowded places,,just read about it online ,hope your all ok

Sounds interesting flowers89. At the moment Pete and I use tea tree oil around the nostrils but I have to dilute it with a base oil as it is a bit strong for Pete. More details please. Hope you are well and enjoying the sunshine. Not too bad here on the South Coast. xxxxx

Not sure which spray you mean, but do try 'First Defense' by Vicks....its totally brilliant and really works, as long as you use it straight away

im not sure what these nasal sprays do the one on amazon is a sanatizing germ fighting solution lasts up to 8hrs and kills 99% germs,,its called NOZIN NASAL SANATIZER,,dont know if it stops you getting cold ect,,

Grrr, second time I've read of a lovely sunny day. I've been in the Chilterns and Marlow all day and it's been peeing down somat dreadful!

Not only that but my daughter, the baby and 3 year old are all coughing, spluttering and sneezing so I could have done with some of that nose sanitizer stuff. Wonder if it kills viruses.

i use first defense and have used it after i have been near someone with a cold a few times and this seems realy good

I've heard this is good - use it myself but not consistently enough to really know if it works. You can get it in Boots.

It's brilliant, but do read the instructions first.

My wife was a teacher & came home with every bug & germ known to man. As soon as I got the dreaded tell-tale tickle in the throat I use First Defence ......& that was it.
