Hi, so glad you found us. We are a happy bunch ,mainly but we also have a moan when we fell like it. It is so good to have all these friends who are going through similar problems.

I also like the jokes some post on here it sends me on my way with a smile on my face.

Welcome and good to see you here snow!Well I would prefer to see spring than snow, but that's different!

The consultant can give you drugs to control any infection.

I hope you have a consultant and have also been referred to a pulmonary nurse. These are the first steps. the second step is to be assessed at a pulmonary rehabilitation, You can ask your GP to be referred to that too.

You can sort of control your illness with a good diet, good sleep and most of all good exercise (and NO smoking!) come and tell us more!
