Hi, I am New on here, so thought I would say Hello,

I was diagnosed with Mild emphysema about 5 years ago - I have a few things going on, but just been diagnosed with bronchiectasis, a few days ago. I feel just a little out of breath, after taking Nacsys 600mg dissolvable. I have only been taking it for 2 days so I think it may be psychological; It is playing on my mind. was wondering if anyone else felt like this at the start.

Morning, I was diagnosed with stage 1 bullous emphysema about 10yrs ago, slight change but nothing much.

Also had a few things going on but still fit, active & healthy.

Not smoking, looking after yourself, exercise & a positive mental attitude does it for me.

Dodgy lockdown DIY hair cut made me laugh though lol.

Hi, 1968 - that is so good to hear, I am doing my best to exercise and staying positive. This lockdown not doing the best for the exercise part I am under shielding - but stay positive. Thank you so much for your advice.
