If that was the resting figure Dan it is pretty good. You can be Dan, Dan the happy man now.

Mine is 97/98 usually only dropping when I have an infection, so pretty good I reckon and that's from someone with a terrible FEV 1 - so take heart :)

My Husbands dropped to 69 earlier and he didn't feel too good. We soon got the oxygen on him. He is ok now.

Mine is all over the place. I can peak at 97 but then drop to 93. Just come back from dropping wife off to work and I was 89?

Mine is in the high 90's too. I wonder if this tells you anything about your COPD stage? as people on Oxygen for instance seem to be very low. Can someone please explain to this stupid woman (me)

High sats are not necessarily indicative of the stage of COPD you are at. I am "end stage" yet my sats are always good at rest. Anything in the 90's is acceptable. Mine do drop to around mid 80's on moving around. I'm what's known as a "retainer" meaning my lungs don't expel enough carbon dioxide but this doesn't necessarily affect my sats reading..
