hi everyone just wondering if you can help me l am starting to get like a pins n needles feeling in my shoulder and when it goes off l get like a cramp in my left side of under my rib cage so if anyone can help ld be gratefull

I think I would be inclined to give your GP a ring Minky just to be on the safe side. Tingles in the arm and shoulders combined with a chest pain are not the best symptoms to have. It's probably nothing but better safe than sorry.
