As there is no one-size-fits-all nicotine replacement therapy, my consultant is delighted I've managed to stop smoking, and quite happy for me to puff away on an e-cig x

But yep is a stark choice ciggerts killing me or my doctors or polution

It would be politically correct if what was killing you was told as the honest truth and pollution from traffic was counted as a cause of lung disease for children as big as secondary smoking.

I have used E-cigarettes for the last three years and I feel much better for it. While I don't know what goes into them (apart from nicotine and food colouring) I do know what goes into ordinary cigarettes. No contest really.

ive had 1 4 bout last 3-4 months it does help when I run out of cigs as tried patches 2 but no matter where I put them I got sores. im thinking of no giving up at all as at 44 I already have the lungs of 80year old so no much hope but just got 2 get on with things take care allxxx

i have heard so much about them thaty not willing to use but even after two yrs of no smoking i still use the nicoret vapour that nurse gives me free but havent even thought of ciggy

i was on patches before hgot sdo sick of trying to rember to put on just gave uop asked if i could try vapour not looked bk
