I've used Kalms, but I checked with my chemist first, to make sure it wouldn't interfere with any of my other medications. Hope this helps :) x

Probably should check with your gp as it could possibly affect your meds. M x

Morning, I would check with a chemist, ring your local one if you can't get there. Is there a leaflet in the pack to read?

There is one made specifically to help with sleep Kalms One-a-Night. Again, check with your chemist to make sure it won't interact with any other medications you're on. boots.com/en/Kalms-One-A-Ni...

Thanks'. Richard.

Yes, there are two types of Kalms, both herbal, one for night to help with sleep and the other for daytime. Usually go off to sleep and don't wake til morning but have occasional bouts of the opposite.

Nytol also do a herbal tablet for sleep which personally didn't help me much (green and white packet) so asked GP if it was ok for me to take the ordinary Nytol (in blue and white packet) and he said it was. Find that these are the best ones and after two or three nights I can stop them. Lovelight x

I was given Zopaclone when in ICU so I would think Kalms would not be a problem. I do take on rare occasions sleeping pills as I do not sleep well at all. With all medicines keep an eye on how you are and feel.

Try drinking camomile tea that has a nice calming effect I have it with honey and water only.
