Just had a great time today my daughter had the day of off so we went to the museum in Cardiff wonderful exhibitions then down to the Bay for lunch a fab day out.

Wish I lived nearer the sea. It is only half an hour away but it would be nice to walk along the sea front on nice days all the time.

I went to Cardiff in September and stayed with a neice who lives there. Went to Cardiff Bay, quite upmarket, no souvenir shops or slot machine arcades!

I have said it before - I LOVE Cardiff! Off there in a couple of weeks to see the Peter Blake/Under Milk Wood exhibition. I get down abotu 6 times a year and the museum is faboulous. I like a wander down the Bay and I always pop to Barry Island for a cuppa at Marco's whatever the weather!

I adore Cardiff. Wanted to get up there to do some Christmas shopping, unfortunately I've come down with another chest infection and am on antibiotics. Never mind I shall go next year, maybe early spring.
