Hi Cimmy I can't be much help I'm afraid. I just wanted to say sorry you are feeling so rough. Maybe you need steroids as well? Or maybe a different antibiotic? I think if you are no better by Monday get yourself back to the doctors. Hoping you feel better soon.
THANKYOU for your response, just feeling a bit sorry for myself, I think I might need steroids myself, gotta get it sorted, hate feeling this rough
Sorry to hear you are feeling so bad - you may need to call out a doctor. It is awful to be so ill - if you get any worse call for an ambulance. Please go back to your doctor on Monday . My husband was told if he didn't feel much better by day 4 of antibiotics to go back to doctor. Don't wait . Take good care TAD xx
THANKYOU for your reply tadaw, I feel really rough, but gonna wait till Monday and see the doctor again, wish I could curl up and go to sleep without coughing, ahhhhh, I'm such a whimp sometimes, take care and once again THANKYOU for your concern, it is very much appreciated

Istarted to giggle saying Igot a cold and cough "you silly cow what are you like!!" It was a good funny moment for a few minutes, cheered me up. Janexx
Thankyou for your reply, it did make me giggle, which promptly started a coughing fit, but it made me smile
Some infections take a lot of clearing. I remember a particularly strong one that needed 4 courses of antibiotics to clear it, each stronger than the last. Or it could be the flu. Or a number of other things. Worth going back and checking with your GP.
