How old would you be if you didn't know how old you are?
Can't remember where I got this from ... - Lung Conditions C...
Can't remember where I got this from but it makes you think.......
Got me thinking as well. Why should you not know your age? Would I be looking for my birth certificate? Would it help to look in the mirror?
Thought you around 50-60 years old, stitch.
I feel like I'm 17 until I start coughing and the I feel my full 66 years......
But the 17 soon comes back!!
It depends on the time of day. When trying to get up in the morning I feel about 80, this does alter during the day and by lunchtime I am about 70 but after my exercise class (which is this afternoon) I feel rejuvenated until tea time then its down hill again before bed.
polly xx
I have decided to go with the mental age reading I got yesterday. I shall now be 36 for the rest of my life! xx
It all boils down to time, I will look up the history of time, which leads into customs of the time. People couldn't set times to do things, all based on the movement of the sun. So they didn't have birthdates. How come the months and days then.
This could lead into habits and customs. How about marriage or did they swop around. Births obviously weren't recorded.
Think have got myself lost here with all my thoughts. x
I have lived by the rise and setting of the sun, its a wonderful way to live, spent most of my days outside and could tell the time by where the sun was in the sky. Love to be closer to nature this way. Its nice to lose oneself in our thoughts sometimes, especially when those thoughts bring peace, calm, joy and smiles, its a form of meditation or contemplation.
Swop the figures of your age and see how young you are or old.
Works for me Annie, but I am not sure it will for a 29 year old!
That's an interesting one lurcherman, but I do recall my father-in-law having problems about his date of birth as records were not around then only parish registers. and annieseed if I change my age numbers round it takes ten years off my age that's good isn't it??????? doesn't make me feel younger though sad to say.
I thought we were all 18 in our heads lol xx
Haha yes Im a bit similar to polly .When I wake i feel oldish until my lungs etc seem to kick into gear,I then feel younger for a few hours,so thats the time for doing, then there is a slow decline till I feel fairly ancient come the evening especially this time of year, not so bad during spring and summer. Janexx
I like to think I have a young mind but my body does not agree.
I am not over weight but to short for my weight.
Phill
heard that only yesterday whilst doing exercise
Some say you are as old as you feel, so just pick up a little toddler and all will be well
Some days in summertime I can feel 21 again, some days in winter I feel 90 years.
Age is only a number. My favourite age was 33 - some years ago now! So 33 I will stay!
