I have just been out to the local shops and I really struggled to breathe.It is still very warm even though there is no sun.

For my area (Black Country) the weather service is showing air quality as number 4. This means that people with health problems should limit their activity. Hope this helps.

Hiya Julie

Go to the Met Office website. Type in your area and bring up the five day forecast. The air quality for the day is on the extreme right. If you then scroll right down you will see a link to an explanation of the numbers for air quality. If you get stuck PM me and I will see what I can do to help.

Hello Gail, I have been breathless all day today which is unusual for me, it is very humid and heavy here Shrop/Staffs border, not far from Bobby, so I shall do as Bobby advises and limit my activities.

I too am on the Shropshire/ staffs border but I'm ok, there again I find I'm worse in the cold weather.
