i am sorry for saying every thing i said, i should not tell you how to eat, and should not of said if you want to live what you should do, i am not a doctor, so i will say just for me eating healthy works for me and stay off the sugar works for me......

yes i pay 190 dollars for my insurance a month, they say i make a little to much to get it free,but everything is cover , which is good for me because i was paying more than that for my meds. and yes there are a lot of reasons why they wont give people lungs , i dont know about age but your health is one your antobioties , that my problem , you mental status if you smoke, which i understand they only have a few good lungs and a lot of people who need them

hi,I read in 1 of your blogs that u was going to Jamaica but the price for oxygen was high.and you are on oxygen,what work do you do is it from home ,and which part of the states do u live,thanks take care

yes my oxygen co, gave a concentrator and four batteries and cord so i can take it on the plane, it only goes up to 3 but i need 4 to walk along way so my guy pushed me in the wheel chair, good time, nice place to visit but i would not want to live there,

some areas ae nice others not as nice/ its the same all over dofferent countries,nice areas and not so nice,thats why hear in uk we have nhs system,thank god ,which is free,we work alf our lives so we have earned it,jamaica etc not so lucky no free health care,oxygen etc is not free,turkey Portugal etc not free ,

scary every one in the world should have health care, you can only work but so long, what happens after that, what if you child is sick, i have been so lucky, i am great full for every day above ground, to be sick and have to wonder where your next meal comes from or you meds, or heat, you know people here who cant pay the heat bill dont get the heat cut off till it gets warm. we do have troubles here, but i would not want to live in a lot of other places

my friends partener went to Jamaica for holiday had heart attack and died,he was left on a slab in the morgue while his family hear sent the money for autopsy over there ,disgusting,and in paper 2day a great granddad had tubes in at maramis in turkey for heart attack,they took them out and put him on street cs med insurance wouldn't pay as there was no gps name on form in the 1st place,hes bak in uk now having heart treatment,bloudy disgusting weh our borders are open to peodos rapists gangs of mafia and just walk to a an e get bloudy treated,if that happened hear to them/the human rites lawyers would be bying jags penthouses and yaughts and all other stuff rolaxes by now makes me sick

Might I be so bold as to make a suggestion?

I teach spiritualism on Facebook and it is the art of communication that is so importnat. You may sit down at the PC - read something and respond without giving any thought as to how it might be received or interpreted. I am one who can also make mistakes but because I do what I do I have to look over and look over some more to see if I would be happy to recieve what I have written. If there are any doubts then I don't send or post it but go through it all again until I am satisfied. It is all pretty much like we can listen to others but do we HEAR what is being said...
