Shannon I hope you are getting treatment for your anxiety depression, and eating disorder ,if your not treated for your emotional health ,you wont beable to see the woods for the trees were your chest is concerned, you can get chest tightness through anxiety ,I would do as the nurse tells you with the inhailers, and go from there

Shannon,

People here have been very gentle when replying to you. As this appears to have had little success, I shall be blunt - not out of unkind ness but in the hope that you might take heed. STOP worrying about your lungs! Focus on your bigger problem of anxiety!

Try reading what some of the people on this forum have to go through with their lungs, then ask yourself whether you are going through their breathing difficulties. I promise you, the answer will be NO!

People here literally struggle for every breath.

People here fight to live. This is not your situation! Either accept the advice you have been given, or accept that your problem is in your head.

And stop posting everything twice!
