Thanks SUz there's not much point me getting Homecare one.

The replacement parts look to be expensive to buy, have u had to replace anything yet?

I just got the same model, Microair U22 very small and quiet.Got mains Omron for home also from Evergreen Nebulisers, they were very helpful on the phone when I wanted advice

Don't know whether its just me but it seems to deliver the medication very quickly and I get a bit light headed...might just be my problem. The mesh cap is very delicate and must not be touched

I keep spare batteries in the case

My old Freeway had a rechargeable built in battery but was big and noisy...no spare parts now.

I bought an Omron micro air for a trip to New York last year. Best money I ever spent - its discreet, easy to carry and lightweight. Works really well and is completely quiet. I don't need to nebulise now but when I did it was brilliant. I felt it gave me real freedom.

I do not work for Omron! ;-)

Thanks Peeps and Reps lol.... I like wot i'm hearing so now I'll start looking into ownership.... how easy is it to use with a mask?!

Does the mains adaptor connect to car lighter too?

The micro air just has a child's mask. There is a small pipe that you attach to the top and you breathe in through that. You may be able to get an adult mask but I never felt I needed one.

you tell the seller you have a disabling condition they send a form out you sign it and say what is wrong with you send it back and they then do not charge you, with amazon you do same and claim it back, or if you tell them they may not charge it

I bought this model from Amazon which saved about £50 at the time. It came with both an adult and child mask. It's so quiet I can sit at my desk and nebulise.

Yes, I have one I have used for years. I'm very faithful about following the cleaning instructions and this little machine just keeps on going. I intended to buy some new parts for it and stumbled across the fact that they have put out a new one and that this will replace the model I now have. So instead of investing more money in parts for the old one, I purchased the new one. It is much less expensive than the original was. I don't like it. The cover is not made so that it will stay on. I drop it in my pocket and the cover comes off. I have rigged it up with some velcro. The new one is OMRON MESH NEBULIZER NE-U100.

Note, many complain about these small, mesh nebulizers. But I can tell you from many years experience that the key is to follow the cleaning instructions faithfully.

Not what you're looking for?
