I can't understand why I have to have appointment with atos I have cold emphysima I been waiting since January this year to be told today I have to have a work assesment when I knoow lots of people with a less serious illness who claim esa who can manage to do their garden I wish I could do mine

Atos Try It On As With Most Things In Life ... A Was Told By Atos My GP Did Not Respond To There Letter So They Are Going After You ... Like Really

Phone Atos Tell Them You Have Been On Phone To DWP And DWP Asked You To Phone Atos To Clarify What Illness Thay Are They Accessing You For ..... Am Sure Emphysima Is Not On There List

But You Can Get Letter Of Your GP And Get Him To Fax Them If You Are To ill

Phone Atos Back Up And Ask Them Now They Have Information Why Are They Accessing You When According To DWP They Should Not .... Atos Are Asking People To Attend They No They Should Not Be

They Are Relying On You Getting Fed Up ..... So Don't Let Them Tel Them Your To ill And Just Ask Them Again What Illness Are You Accessing You For

If Atos Say They Don't Have Information ... Say Your Having A Laugh Tell Them So Your In Breach Of Data Protection Act Then As You Don't Have My Information

What Sot Of It Firm Are Use Tell Them You Are Going To Inform Information Commissioner Regarding Breaches Of Data Protection Act And Misuse Of Computer Act ... Because According To DWP You Should Have My Information

Tell Them You Should Not Be Attending According To DWP So What Are They Going To Do B4 I Get Intouch With Information Commisioner With Regard My Medical Records You Have Lost

hiya atios is the type of firm that get 14 grand for every person they get off the nash and into work x my hubby went last year n was told he would have to go every 6 month for the rest of his life that was the doc who gave him medical he was ill at the time he now on oxygen x hence he never got a letter to say he had to go back but he is expecting one . he now waitin to see if he is eligable for transplant . iv told him to put in for the middle rate care but he wont . he would love to work has will many many others on this site x

I am on high rate mobility and middle rate care and only wish I could work I worked for 18 years and was finished due to I'll health
