Arghhhhhhhhhh! Your worst nightmare come true
As I am on 2 water tablets a day, going shopping is a nightmare as you have to plan your route as to what shop/supermarket has a toilet.
Oh how I know that feeling ! Got a long, long journey to do shortly and have meticulously planned the route with loo breaks in mind
Scrobbitty, I'm nosey, where are you going.
I read in the last BLF magazine (I think) that having copd does make one want to go more often. I know I do, so that scenario would be a nightmare.
I still have vivid memories of a drive back from Cumbria, on the M6. Luckily my husband was driving. We were stuck solidly in a traffic jam and I was desperate. I could see the services half a mile down the motorway.
So I though 'bugger this' and walked down the hard shoulder with my trusty puffer in my and and just made it!

Good for you Lynne, but this is why my vehicle of choice is our motorhome! Complete with onboard loo of course. And we don't mind sharing... our facilities are available to any lady who finds herself inconvenienced in a traffic jam. Sorry gents, but you do usually manage to find a suitable hedge!
Clever!
Also true!
When you've got to go........

Oh no nightmare Berwick! my Dad was on the water tablets and always kept a 'bottle' with him,you get them in Boots, very handy for emergencies! x
Very good Berwick and I was reminded of a time when Pete was on water tablets and bursting to go only to find the usual toilets were closed. I thought he was going to cry but luckily we found some more quite nearby that were actually open. Oh the joys of life! xxxx
