Bad day,
Try and relax first and foremost I know it is easier said than done. If you have taken all your meds and you are still having difficulty breathing then there is only one answer unfortunately and that is to contact your emergency medical providers.
Strange though ,that my peak flow and sats r good though,I do have a hiatus hernia on occasion my gp has said that this could affect my breathing,I rang the of helpline and they said the same,

Thought it was only me having a bad day....after a bad night!
The sun was shining yesterday so I went to my allotment with my portaneb. then cut the grass ,did washing and ironing.
You would think I would learn after years of being an asthmatic...so suffering today.
Pehaps you did too much as well. I am trying to steady my breathing but I had to take a few puffs of reliever. Tried the breathing exercise last night.
I also took some Gaviscon as I suffer from reflux.
As Jandan suggested try and relax, especially your chest area and breathe gently.
If no better ,you have to ask for medical help. My SATs can be good but still can be hard to breathe.
All the best
Il take some gaviscon,I must admit I did go a bit overboard yest, thanks
Thanks love,iv just took some gav

Best to get the doc to listen to your chest methinks. Hope you breathing easier soon .... also watch tv or read or do puzzle.. anything that distracts you. Helps me relax so helps breath relax too. X
Thanks love, aim to do just that xxxx
I'm pretty sure the doc last nite was right,as my asthma nurse did a spirometer test back in feb,and although I'm 63 she said I had the lungs of a 37yr old,so that's encouraging,
It's awfull when ur chest is tight isn't it?
Enjoy being 37 again....thats gotta make you smile x
Ye. Guess so love xxx
