Hi

Thank you to every one who took time to reply to my post.

I think that I shouldn’t have had the lung function test while I was really poorly obviously I wasn’t going to give an accurate reading due to the chest infection.

That is why I am questioning the copd diagnosis, as I said I was fine before I got it.

I am still producing a awful colour phlegm it’s almost brown ( sorry for the description).

It seems like many of you are on so many different medications for the same problem which give me hope that there will be something out there to help.

It’s just been so long now over 3 months and I am struggling to do anything, I think I need to talk to my dr the next time I go once the X-ray results come through,

I f it is Copd then I will to cope with it.

Thank You So Much

Yes,it won't b a true reflection .As yr still unwell with brown sputum,u really should see gp asap, and give in a sputum sample for testing,to get correct antibiotics - u could suggest to Dr u need a longer course to get on top of it

It'll take a while to get correct diagnosis and the right medication for you (we're all so different) but get there you will. Take it easy and if tomorrow's worse do call 111.
