The surgery pharmacist called me today to see how I was getting on after 5.5 weeks on Trimbow 87. I told him that the best I could say was I was no better, so he's moving me back to Duoresp 160. He's also giving me some Dymista nasal spray because my nose is so stuffy (I have seasonal and year-round allergies).

Fingers crossed I get some energy back because between the asthma flares and the "can't breathe through my nose" I've been a bit 'wading through treacle'.

The pharmacist also offered to prescribe Spiriva. Not a chance after the trial I had in November-December 2023. That stuff doesn't like me.

TBH, I'm kinda glad to be going back to a MART regime. After being MART for 6.5 years I was feeling a bit vulnerable without the extra steroid.

I am on the trimbow 172/5/9. I was on the fosair 200/6. And spirva. But my hospital nurse change me to the trimbow and I have been fine on this , but I think each person is different but they are checking other things for me as well
