Breztri

I have difficulty with the Breztri dispenser not the medication. I do the necessary weekly maintenance. But too often it dispenses nothing and the dial moves. So I do not get the full 120 actuations ( daily x4 for the month .)

Any similar experience?

Looking at reviews on WebMD, missing doses is a common theme with Breztri. One user said they had to clean it 7 times to get it work, but another estimated that they lose around a quarter of doses. Apparently the old white canister worked fine, but the yellow one seems to be the issue.

There are other triple combination inhalers available, it may be worth asking your doctor if you could change to a more effective inhaler. If you're in the UK, the design problems should be reported through the yellow card system - I'd put it under defective medication.
