Hi everyone

Has anyone experienced wheezing or a tight chest after eating dark chocolate?

I haven't had dark chocolate but do limit any choc as it causes thick mucous and asthma symptoms 4 me

Not a fan of dark chocolate, but I avoid Cadbury, Mars etc as they add cheap ingredients that make me wheeze. So I spend more on quality chocs, but have them sparingly. Hotel Chocolate seem to suit, but they're a rare treat.

I have a bout of sneezing after eating chocolate no matter dark or milk, always the same number,.. three loud sneezes, but no other symptoms.

Hi, all I can add, is chocolate makes me cough, so I abstain, as that makes me breathless xx
