Hello Nanto. I'm sorry I have never been on Benralizulab but I have been on many, many different drugs most of my life. Please go in with an open mind. There might be side effects and there might not be. Sometimes the side effects are something the body gets used to and eventually they go away and the pros of the drug outweigh the cons. Also, sometimes it takes time for the medication to take full effect. Patience is key. I truly hope things improve for you.

Best wishes,

Cas 🌷🌿🌷
