Prednisolone taper

Hi everyone

Been tapering from 5mg Pred for adrenal insufficiency and managed to get down to 3mg last week. Then down to 2.5mg and begun to feel unwell so went back to 3mg. The last few days I've been feeling a bit nauseous and my stomach has been sore. So I upped my steroid to 10mg (sick day rules) but still feeling a bit queasy today.

I don't know if it's just a stomach bug or if it's low cortisol or if it's a side-effect of the steroids. I've contacted the endo nurse for advice but waiting for a reply. My asthma hasn't flared-up thankfully..! Anyone else had a similar experience?
