Spririva

I am on fostair 200 and more recently spiriva.

In the morning, when I get up, I take my morning fostair puffs and then my spiriva puffs.

Has anybody experimented with whether it us best to take the fostair first or the spiriva first.

no idea but I take my spires at night only and symbicort at night and morning - it’s a bit random which is taken first at night and I wasn’t given any advice about timing - interesting question

I take spiriva last thing at night after seretide. I've taken this medication the same time for the past 12 years. A lifesaver for me. Fostair is used as a preventer and a reliever so you are probably doing it correctly.

I take my inhalers in morning. Then take spiriva hour after at 8.

I was always told to take my Spiriva at lunchtime. So I take my flutiform morning and night and Spiriva lunchtime. If I forget I just take it when I remember.

Im on relvar and spiriva, use to take them both in the morning but noticed chest tightness late evening so they suggested taking spiriva at night to help with night time symptoms :)
