Mucus clearing device
I've read on the lung forum that many find the cheaper one or acapella thingy works well for them, I believe it the vibrations that help expel mucus.
Even blowing bubbles through a straw into a glass of water is worth a try & costs nothing
I have no experience of the airphysio but having bronchiectasis I do have experience of both the Flutter and the Acapella Choice. Just wanted to let you know both of these PEPs can be prescribed by your GP.Cx
They just do the same job have you tried those what looks like a baby beaker with a mask on i think its an hand held steamer you can put some bias oil what ever it called what you put on a tissue and breathe it in that might help.
Hi Polzovatel, we don't recommend lung physio's for asthmatics as a whole, and they do not form part of the national guidelines for asthma management. With any lung condition - any sort of air physio device we would strongly recommend that you only use under the guidance and supervision of a qualified respiratory physio.
