Thanks Claire! Hope everyone is surviving in the heat. It's hopefully going to cool down a bit from tomorrow...hoping that's not with a massive thunderstorm.

Feeling cold in this weather is nice, but enthusiastically chilling your chest down by for example soaking your clothes in water and then directing a fan on them can backfire if your lungs are not happy...you're essentially creating a sudden temperature differential and your lungs might not like that, just as they might not like hot or cold alone. Also with ice lollies/ice cream sometimes...
This is your public service announcement from someone who really ought to know better by now๐ (nothing major and I sorted myself out but I still wouldn't recommend direct chest chilling. Soak your feet or something instead maybe?)
