I Can't Smell and Taste

Hi,

I have lost my smell and taste and I'm freaking out. I took covid tests twice and it's negative. I tried the the breathing treatment and it didn't work. It might be a sinus affection. My mom is going to set a doctor's appointment. I hope it's not serious or it could be a sinus affection. I hope I get my smell back/

Morning! Please don't worry; I lost my taste and smell for more than a year and every time I got a cold! It may be nasal polyps or your sinus infection. Nasal douching may help with a salt/bicarb solution. Always helped for me! It will come back so don't stress! Philippa 🤗

Hi , I’ve had no smell and very little taste for 10+ years ... it’s down to nasal polups .. I’ve had one lot of surgery to remove but they were back within a few years ..Worth getting checked as it can be quite common for people with asthma...

you could try a steroid based nasal spray like flixanse ... it will help
