Hi Lee. My speech and language advised very gently stretching neck and upper back and chest muscles every day and doing “secret yawns” to keep the muscles relaxed. They advised not doing long or big stretches but small gentle abs short ones because if you stretch too much the stretch receptors will panic and the muscles will tighten again.
