Just cant breath in the mornings its horrible just can not breath rib cage hurts feel so restricted but can blow 600 on my peak flow anyone help???

Have you had a chat with your GP? If not I would do so.Have you got an asthma diagnosis? If so, he might add something in, to help keep the airways open during the night.

Hi, personally speaking my peak flow never changes much, even when my asthma is bad.

I suppose it depends what’s normal for you. If it’s not your normal asthma symptoms it could be silent reflux which can affect your breathing. Have you tried taking Gaviscon to see if it helps?
