Asthma spacer

Hi I clean my spacer every 5 to 7 days and use soapy water with anti static cloth for cleaning inside tube only when washing it to remove residue from inhaler as without cloth just washing it in soapy water doesn’t reduce residue or medicine stick in tube but I use a fostair inhaler with a aerochamber mask and was wondering does anyone primer inhaler into spacer after washing it or seen something about people doing it for certain spacers on websites and YouTube. Plus after washing it I don’t feel I’m getting my medicine though since it’s a spray inhaler I use I shouldn’t be able to feel it right or should I.
