Lots of inhalers have a dry or sore throat as a possible side effect, it's very common. Such effects do usually disappear over the time it becomes fully effective (approximately 8 weeks is needed for this with most inhalers although the side effects usually disappear quicker than the full positive impact is felt, if that makes sense!)
Rinsing the mouth or gargling after use is recommended anyway and, for inhalers you press, using a spacer is also recommended.
