....so I took two at lunchtime and felt better after a couple of hours. Phlegm almost gone and nasal problems seem to be disappearing.... Poobah I went for a comfortable 5000 step walk with no breathlessness or feeling the need to clear my throat. Is this weird?

Hi David. I don't claim to be an expert but have read through items relating to VitD3 (because of NHS recommendations re covid) and magnesium was definitely a good partner for VitD3 in order to prevent calcification. If you've had good results then that's brilliant. This link explains some of the thinking re calcification and asthma (but it's clear that more research is needed) healthline.com/nutrition/ma...

Good choice.

I can't be 100% sure it works but the decades of Asthma I have had gives me a built in suspicion!

I do take Vitamin D daily and am working my way through the free ones at the moment :)

Any other tips or tricks welcome.

My best one was the Asthma nurse recommending Vitamin C and Zinc capsules in a pint glass of cold water daily.

I'm also interested in preventer inhalers but none of the brown ones as they make me feel worse.

Have a lovely day everyone.

When taking VitD3 we should take VitKmk7 and magnesium as without them we can experience calcification in places we don't want, for example arteries and muscles. The attached illustrates the partnership of how it all works. So for every 1000iu of VitD3 take 100mg of magnesium, 100mcg of VitKmk7, (3mg boron).

It's also important to have with food containing fat as they are fat soluble and it aids absorption. And drink plenty with magnesium.
