I have asthma, ILO, GORD and due to get sleep study soon- waiting for an appointment. I have just bought memory foam pillows I haven’t yet used. Are these okay for breathing etc? I can’t find any other pillows that are comfortable that don’t set me off or that don’t make me breathless/congested in the mornings.

I've tried everything and, for me, any type of non-feather pillow is OK. I've tried memory foam in the past and it was OK, asthma wise. I tend to replace pillows often.
I use a memory foam pillow, but also find that I have to be propped up quite high to help with my breathing. As such, I also put a foam wedge under the pillow. It takes some getting used to but it helped a bit for me. This is the company I used to get the foam wedge made to my specifications. - foamdirect.co.uk/
