Is it okay to take Allegra (fexofenadine) 120mg everyday all year round? I have been taking it everyday for 5 years, possible side effects??

I've been taking the 180mg for years everyday.... possible side effects are quite limited but it does metabolise in the liver however its supposed to be quite safe

It definitely is ok to take it all year round. I and many others do so and have done for years, done at that dose, some at higher doses. 😊

I take 180-360mg daily, year round (increased for summer) and on occasion 720 a day (for urticaria and angiodema flares). Have done for 4 (?) years. No side effects other than it possibly because ineffective so I switched to a different antihistamine for a few months to ‘reset’ a couple years ago.

I’ve been taking 720mg a day, all year round for years and it hasn’t caused me any problems.
