Since Monday afternoon I have been getting palpitations/flutters in my chest and throat. More so when I lay down, peak flow and oxygen was ok. Some people say certain foods a cause this, it’s really hard to describe the feeling. Almost like there is a butterfly flying around my chest and in my throat. I have had this before a while ago but it sets my anxiety of and then my asthma aswell

Silent reflux maybe (which, yes, is definitely affected by certain foods.... although these would be different for different people). It can cause tight chest (so often similar to asthma symptoms), coughing, weird throat and chest symptoms and breathlessness (again everyone experiences things differently so the exact combination of symptoms will vary). Often worse lying down as well.

Maybe try Gaviscon or similar and see if it helps?

As Twinkly said, try Gaviscon and if it works make an appointment to see your GP as they'll be able to prescribe something for the reflux. And if Gaviscon doesn't work, see your GP so that they can rule out any other causes.
