Hi

I had asthma as a child disappeared at age 7, gestational asthma 30 years ago. About five years ago had mild symptoms. So have a ventolin inhaler when needed usually expires befor using. This year I am finding tightness in chest. I have used inhaler more often in the past weeks and I can’t always blame allergies. I am trying to get fitter and have joined couch25k and on second week. Should I be cornerback about having an attack I have never had one.
