Hi at the moment in waiting for a flight back to Kuwait I came here to visit family in March and Kuwait closed its borders to everyone whilst i was here . In Dec I had bronchitis which the docs over in uk think I may have asthma now can I order the inhalers of my docs in uk and have them posted to me . I will visit a doctor once I'm allowed to in kuwait.

It will depend on what the rules are about posting medications to Kuwait. If you are in the UK now, can't you get the prescribed inhaler and carry it back with you. Many countries don't allow medications, even pills, to be posted to them.

I think if you're an expat & normally resident outside the UK then you would have to use private facilities if you wanted ongoing treatment and prescriptions from the UK after you return to Kuwait. Primary NHS treatment is free at the point of contact otherwise charges are 150% of the cost of the treatment for non-residents.

Then you have the issues of importing medications into Kuwait. That country may have strict rules on steroid & other meds, including inhalants, so it's something that you should check out with the Kuwait government. Even prescribed meds that you carry personally into Kuwait have to meet strict rules. You may need to carry a medical certificate to support medications for personal use that you bring into the country.
