Clenil Shortage

Hi! So I am on Clenil Modulite 100mg inhaler, and ordered my repeat last week to discover that the pharmacy can’t get hold of any (I thought they might as I’d seen the Asthma UK Facebook post)... the pharmacy team at my GP surgery has called me to say that yes there is a global shortage, but they’ve called round all of the local pharmacies to me and found one that have got Clenil but at a higher 200mg dose, so what they’ve done is prescribed me that one but told me to half the number of puffs, so 1 puff twice a day instead of 2... just thought I’d post in case there is anyone else struggling to get hold of their Clenil and might find this useful information...
