Vulnerable group

Hello,

I have severe asthma and fall in to the vulnerable group, I should therefore be staying at home for the 12 week period. However I’m a student nurse and have my next placement coming up in a few weeks, will i receive some official confirmation to show my university that I’m unable to complete this placement?
