Hi. I suppose it depends on how much you want to spend!

A Wright meter, which measures peak flow only will cost about £10.

I have a microlife peak flow meter which measures both peak flow and fev 1. It saves your readings and you can print them out on a pc which is handy.

It cost about £40, but that was in an Amazon sale. I think they are a bit more than that.

I recently bought myself a Spirohome meter. I don’t use this on a daily basis, but I am very impressed with it. You can do most of the tests they do in clinic, but you need an iPad or IPhone for that one and it was expensive at £150 and that was with a discount voucher!

So, I suppose it depends on which measure you want to track and how much you want to pay.
