I said I'd post after my shingles jab which I had yesterday. It hasn't affected my asthma at all, just made me tired, but as I've started with a cold that's probably not surprising. So no worries there.

Thank you! Given all the reassuring responses I got I have now booked my appointment. I don’t normally hesitate so much, but as my asthma hadn’t been quite right for a while I was worried about adding more to the strain.

Hopefully I will not suffer from shingles as on my 21st Birthday i suffered Measles, but when I reach the good age for the injection I will remember this and take appropriate action
