It sounds like you could do with seeing an asthma nurse - if you're using your blue inhaler so many times a week (on top of using your brown regularly) you need a review. I don't know that there's an order after a brown one, seems to me just what a doctor decides to give you - although perhaps there's more science to it than that!
Definitely make an appointment to see the asthma nurse at your GP surgery. And until you see the nurse keep a record of how often you take your blue inhaler (how many times a day).
The asthma nurse will take a few measurements of your lung capacity and health. And then they will recommend whatever is needed to help you control your asthma and wheeze.
And if you do have to have additional medication make sure you have a follow up appointment after 4 to 6 weeks to ensure that it suits you and is doing its job.
There's a choice of medications so getting the right ones that suit you is very important.
As you are getting over an infection, you can expect to feel a bit poorly - you should feel better fairly soon. Make sure you are taking your inhalers in the best way: there are little films on YouTube. Just search for inhaler technique asthma uk and choose the video which fits the type of inhaler you have. If you've got an aerosol one, you should have a spacer with it. I shouldn't worry about what's in the inhalers as that is your doctor's job! The blue is the rescue one and the others are preventers and that's about it. If you are at all worried about anything, write down your questions so you remember what to ask at the appointment and write down the answers as well.
Can you get into an appointment asap? Sounds like you need a controller med as the others have suggested. If your asthma is triggered by allergies, are you taking a daily antihistamine and nose spray?
Best advice is see Asthma nurse ASAP. If you are using Yr blue inhaler more than 3 times a week it means your Asthma is not under control. That's what I was told by the hospital and my Asthma nurse. Asthma can get out of control very quickly so you need advice and support. Kind regards.
